What do you feel when your antivirus tells you that you had a virus infection but it is actually not? You will be scared isn’t it? When you realized that it is a false alarm, then you will begin to get pissed off over your antivirus for giving you the false alarm.

McAfee topped the test results with no false alarm on those samples. On the other side, those free antivirus like AVG and Avast were also used in this test and resulted terribly where a lot of false alarm were detected.
After going through this test report, I had begun to realize that free antivirus have the weakness in giving out false alarm. The paid antivirus seems to be more reliable when it comes to virus detection whether it is for real or not.
