Security Joke of the Day

I have something to share here but not to worry, it is not going to be long. It is just a piece of image that is pretty self explanatory. I’m sure Facebook had bring the security to the whole new level where Google or any security company wasn’t there yet.

What the Heck!

Probably one day when some Japanese bought over Facebook and they are gonna ask you to type these:

aticandi バカ

Which means: aticandi IDIOT!

Let’s hope Facebook will do a better Captcha next time and thanks for reading and sharing.

    That’s funny.

Not related to website security, but funny and true nevertheless is the following incident I found myself found embroiled in many years ago whilst freelancing as an on-site computer consultant.

A user ‘phoned me up with a in-house application problem. After a few questions I decided that their best course of action was to reload the application from CD.

The user duly got out their CD but then complained down the ‘phone that they did not have any way of putting it into the pc to read.

I told them to insert the CD into the CD tray, which the user informed me their pc did not have.

So, I walked across the site to the user’s office to load up the CD for them. Upon arriving at the user’s office I pressed the button on the front of the user’s tower pc and the CD tray glided out.

It was just as I was about to place the CD in the tray that the user said:
“Don’t do that, I’ll have no where to hold my coffe cup…”

Users, don’t you just love them!

  4. LOL Whenever I get some captcha like this, I don’t know if I should laugh or get pissed off. Well, laughing at it seems to be a better choice. 😉
